December 2 // God can use anyone.

Read Acts 9:20 out loud with your family.

Ask the following question and discuss the answer together as a family.

Q: Does God ever ask people who have done bad things to work for Him?

Parent Note: Absolutely! The Bible is filled with stories of people doing really bad things who God later uses to do wonderful things for people that glorify God. Paul is one of these people.

Read the following prayer out loud. Have your kids repeat after you:

Dear God, some people just seem so bad that we think they can never ever be good.
Through Paul, you showed us that is not true. You showed us that the dirtiest sinner can become the most faithful preacher.
Help us to keep praying for those who need to be saved, and keep loving them no matter what. We ask these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.
