November 18 // Give what you have.

Read Acts 3:6 out loud with your family.

Ask the following question and discuss the answer together as a family.

Q: What can you do for someone to help them today?

Parent Note: Peter didn’t have the money the poor beggar was asking for, but he did have something else to give to him. Because of Jesus, we always have something to share with others- a kind word of encouragement, a listening ear, or an offer to pray with them.

Read the following prayer out loud. Have your kids repeat after you:

Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for providing everything we need.
Thank You that you have the power to give us our next breath, to heal and restore, and to give us eternal life.
Help us to be thankful for everything You give us.
We ask these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.
